WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

Dr. James has developed a unique weight loss progrma which is having phenomenal success.  One of the great aspects of this program is there are no special foods to purchase; you are able to eat the foods you normally buy.  The weight loss program consists of a medical exam to make certain you are a candidate for the program, diet counseling and bi-weekly follow-up.  The cost of the initial visit is only *$85 with the bi-weekly visit only costing $25.

At your first visit you may be prescribed an appetitie suppresasant which can be filled at your local pharmacy or can be purchased at our office at the time of your appointment.  At your follow-up visit we will answer any questions you may have, check your weight and vitals and give you advice and encouragement to stay focused on your weight loss.  Remember, for this program to be effective, you have to commit yourself 100% to the program.

Unfortunately weight loss is not covered by insurance unless you are having major health problems; therefore, this is a pay as you go program and payment is due at the time of service.
